Successfully managing stakeholders is not an easy, but an important task. To do so, there are three basic steps: 1. identify stakeholders, 2. organize stakeholders and 3. manage stakeholders. We differentiate two types of stakeholders: internal and external stakeholders. The focus of this blog post is on external stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers, creditors, governments or communities.
